I am a self professed Anti-Aging enthusiast and evangelist.

 

My mission is to help you discover two things.

2.  How can I profit from the tremendous movement and advances in Anti-Aging Technology.

 

 

I am not unlike many people that are on the younger side of the baby boomer generation.   Like many of you... I grew up through the 1960's and all of its emotional turmoil, unrest, anti-establishment morals, and experimentation.  Many of us lived by the credo of the day “If it feels good Do It".

 

Like most good Baby Boomers... I settled down, and started a profession.  I have become a stable integral part of the oral health care needs of my community.  I became a dentist, and a really good one at that.  As far as stable is concerned... I've run the same practice for more than the last part of twenty years in a relatively affluent section of Boca Raton, FL.  Who would have ever thought that this '60's child would become a stable and conservative part of the community?  I'm wagering... many of you reading this are at similar places in your life... and feel the same way.

 

About 10 years ago... I began to realize that some of the earlier decisions of my youth were showing on my physical condition of today.  I also had devoted so much effort into building a successful practice, and enjoying the fruits of my labor, that a lack of exercise, and the “so easy to slip into” bad eating habits, were taking its toll on my body.  In my '40's I came the realization..."I'm Mortal... and have not been a good steward of the body I have been given to support me through this life"

 

Fortunately, being a medical professional, I have had access to a mountain of literature and lectures that most don't get the opportunity to easily participate in... and without a medical education... some of the lectures are so dry and hard to understand... that even if the typical person went... they wouldn't take much away from it.

 

I began to learn about the holistic anti-aging movement.  Here is an interesting and divergent group of people.  Filled with passionate and intelligent people.  Peppered in with slick hucksters trying to score a quick buck pandering to us baby boomers.   Filled with intelligent scientists making real advances in the understanding of how our body works and how and why we age.  This is a movement of such incredible diversity, and gems of wisdom, and pitfalls... that I have become a totally devoted enthusiast and evangelist.

None of us can cheat the grim reaper.  Death is as natural a part of life as being born.  It is my choice, however, to do what I can to greet my final moments as a vigorous and healthy, exuberant active and happy person with an enormous lust for life and appreciation of the people around me.  It is one of my greatest fears to approach my final moments suffering with a body that betrays my mind that reflects the ravages of the decisions of my younger years.  In short, I am on a quest to live the next half of my life in great health and with robust gusto and exuberance. 

 

This requires repairing the damage of everyday living, and past lifestyles ... and making intelligent choices going forward.  More than any single product or magic pill, it also requires embracing the joy of those around me.  I believe in a certain sort of Karma, in that as many people as I can help on this quest - they will all help me as I continue to grow in health and exuberance.  Positive energy only grows more positive energy.
